What exactly is the problem (what do you do, and what is the resulting sound)?
Can you list exact steps how you get it to occur and steps to get rid of it?
By 'PnP' do you mean 'plug 'n play', which I guess would mean the audio input device you're using is class-compliant (i.e., it doesn't have its own driver)?
I use a very similar setup - a class-compliant USB input device but built-in audio output at the same time, and the 6.0.1 release fixed the latency problem I had - which I saw more with guitar tracks, not in the LTP lessons.
